What You’ll Do: * Provide tailored mortgage & protection advice to referred clients * Conduct fact-finds and recommend whole-of-market solutions * Liaise with lenders and estate agency teams * Manage your pipeline and meet KPI targets * What You’ll Need: * CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) * Sales or customer service experience * Clean credit history and full UK driving licence * Ambition, professionalism, and a target-driven mindset What You’ll Get: * Basic salary up to £25K car allowance * Financial guarantees for your first 5 months * Year 1 OTE £45K–£50K, rising in Year 2 * Admin & compliance support * Career progression to fully qualified Mortgage Broker Ideal for candidates in Norfolk, incl.
