Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Excellence Executive based in Airdrie, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves supporting the commercial team in managing customer relationships, following up on leads, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Responsibilities also include contributing to customer service strategies, assisting with commercial initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless commercial operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in Commercial, Commercial Management, and understanding of market trends
* Proficiency in Following Up with clients and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
* Familiarity with Customer Service principles and practices
* Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
* Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented professional approach
