Front of House
We are working on an incredible opportunity with a well-established private equity firm based in the West End of London. This is an exciting new role, and is ideal for a receptionist looking to take a step up in their career. Working alongside one other, the successful FOH candidate will join a friendly team of around 50 in a firm that is centred around investing in their staff.
THE ROLE:
This is a fairly traditional role, although there may be future room for progression. Day to day duties will include:

* Meeting and greeting all guests
* Management of meeting rooms, including set up and clearing
* Managing office stock and supplies
* Managing post
* Preparing documents and decks for meetings
* Processing expenses
* Ad hoc admin support

This role is well suited for an up and coming candidate looking to expand their corporate career. Being switch on and hungry to learn with a professional and proactive approach will be beneficial for success. The team is friendly, with a real family feel, and are keen to find a receptionist who meshes well into their culture.
