The Role
* Student Welfare: Act as a key point of contact for students, providing guidance on social, emotional, and behavioural issues.
* Conflict Resolution: Lead restorative justice sessions and manage peer-to-peer relationships with humanity and professional excellence.
* Intervention: Develop individual support plans to help vulnerable learners overcome barriers and reach their highest potential.
* Liaison: Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and external agencies to ensure a well-ordered and supportive environment for all.
