Job responsibilities Skills and Experience: Your skills will include the ability to priorities, co-ordinate, and delegate your workload and that of other team members. Experience of supervising staff is desirable, as is carrying out appraisals, sickness meetings, etc. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems is essential whilst training will be provided for in-house systems such as Carenotes, Tracking, etc. The role is predominantly based on site, however, we can support some home working on a flexible rota basis in line with service needs, for which equipment will be provided.
