Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to develop our Engineering resource aligned against a key UK Government client within the north region, encompassing two key sites in Darlington and Glasgow, but also smaller sites in Newcastle and Middlesborough, plus a facility in Aberdeen, but that does not require any site presence
Here, based from home and supervising 5 engineers you will play a key part in the Engineering delivery within M&E maintenance, small install jobs and fabric repairs across Office facilities. You will oversee the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) regime and reactive repairs to ensure successful, and compliant completion
Please note, one of the sites is a high profile conference centre, home to senior Government officials and foreign representatives and so a top level engineering service is required
