Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Support
Salary: £39,978 per year (Level 3) / £41,016 per year (Level 5), including sleeps

As a Deputy Manager, you will:
* Support the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children.
* Take responsibility for care planning, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the highest standards of care.
* Provide emotional and practical support to children, establishing routines and engaging in activities such as cooking, sports, music, or relaxing at home.
* Play a key role in maintaining a positive and supportive team culture, ensuring staff are motivated and well-equipped to provide exceptional care.
Shift Pattern
* Two days on, four days off, including sleep-ins, on a set rolling rota.
* Work just 10–11 days a month, offering a healthy work-life balance.

Experience:
* Experience working with children or young people in a residential setting.
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment is desirable.
Qualifications:
* Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential (or equivalent).
