This position is full-time, with the option to work from home, as long as you're situated within a 1-hour radius of the Lincoln office, which requires in-office attendance twice a month Working hours: Monday - Friday NO Weekends Fully office-based, hybrid or remote working is available Flexible working hours if required The successful Mortgage Paraplanner will be offered: Basic Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 Quarterly bonus scheme Team Social events Office equipment Mortgage Paraplanner requirements: Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Paraplanner Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Excellent communication skills Commitment to delivering exceptional client service Key responsibilities for the position of Mortgage Paraplanner: Dealing with lender queries Research mortgage products and providers Maintain and update client records Submit Mortgage Applications Provide training and support to colleagues as needed. Respond to complex lender queries efficiently. Collaborate with team members to achieve desired outcomes.
