We're scaling quickly, and we're looking for a dynamic individual who can support both our sales growth and our internal hiring efforts. Role Overview This is a hybrid role:
* 50% Sales Administration identifying target prospects for the sales outreach
* 50% Internal Talent Acquisition Sourcing, screening, and coordinating top talent for our internal hiring.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that both our client pipeline and internal capability pipeline remain healthy and aligned with our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support ( 50%)
* Research and identify target clients and key contacts across priority sectors (Financial Services, Fund Administration, Logistics, etc.).
* Build and maintain a prospect database/CRM of companies that align with our service offerings (consulting, managed services, staff augmentation).
Internal Talent Acquisition ( 50%)
1. Work with leadership teams to support internal hiring.
2. Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks, and manage the recruitment life cycle (screen, schedule, coordinate feedback).
