Join the Retail Team Leader role. As a Brand Lead you have your own style and are genuine ambassadors for our brand. You are an expert in delivering an amazing customer brand experience in store and will support the management team to motivate and lead the associate team to achieve store targets and drive excellence across all areas.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the ultimate brand experience using local knowledge and sales expertise.
* Become an expert in Superdry style choices and bring them to life for customers.
* Make important decisions for customers in store and own handling consumer issues when needed.
* Act as a brand ambassador by modelling behaviours, values, and style.
* Be a positive role model, building trust through collaboration and open communication.
* Continuously develop product knowledge and business understanding.
* Maintain store appearance to align with the Superdry look and ensure the store looks amazing.
* Deliver the business objectives set by the Store Leader by coaching the team to meet retail standards and service expectations.
* Assist with key compliance tasks including loss prevention and health & safety.
* Exceed expectations and model a proactive attitude to the wider team.
* Share Superdry culture with colleagues and maintain brand enthusiasm.
* Maintain commercial awareness of KPIs and contribute ideas to drive performance.
* Take ownership for opening/closing the store and cash handling.
People
* Support the day-to-day supervision of the team and motivate teammates to deliver high levels of service.
* Provide clear direction to focus team activity on targets and review progress.
* Lead the team with managers to hit store targets and create a great place to work.
* Coordinate the team across operational tasks and provide timely feedback to associates.
* Contribute to performance reviews and recognise success while addressing underperformance.
You Are
* Experienced in retail/sales and store operations, ready to step up.
* Passionate about the brand and creating memorable customer experiences.
* Strong in style, product knowledge, and people management.
* A team player who communicates effectively and builds relationships.
* Organised, goal-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
* Positive, authentic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
