An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Purchasing Assistant to join the Procurement and Contract Management Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking purchasing transactions on behalf of the council and providing support and advice regarding low-value purchases.
The Purchasing Assistant will also contribute to the Purchase to Pay process, ensuring that purchasing transactions are effective and efficient, and that information recorded within the council's purchasing system is accurate, well-structured, and informative.
