About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director across two businesses, with involvement in other entities. This is a pivotal role acting as a point of coordination across leadership teams, ensuring the Managing Director's time is focused on the most valuable priorities.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured and fast-paced environment, balancing day-to-day administration with long-term planning, and will act as a trusted partner to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the MD's calendar, inbox, and workload across multiple companies.
* Deliver daily task lists and structured weekly forward plans.
* Prepare and follow up on leadership, management, and board meeting actions.
* Oversee facilities, consumables, and contractor arrangements.
* Coordinate company events and internal communications.
* Draft formal communications, reports, and presentations.
* Support HR processes including recruitment and onboarding.
* Maintain company governance, risk, and compliance systems.
