Required Skills B2B Energy Sales Job Summary Energy Account Manager Our client’s company is expanding, and they are seeking experienced, driven, and determined Energy Account Managers to join our team. The minimum requirement for this role is at least 2 years of B2B energy sales experience. Responsibilities: • Demonstrate and utilise solid industry knowledge in dealings with new and existing clients. • Handle clients with varying consumption levels, up to mid-market level. • Maintain an authoritative and confident telephone manner. • Hold credible conversations around energy procurement at all levels. • Work with suppliers, including negotiating the best client packages. • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets. • Meet expected outbound call KPIs. • Create, develop, and manage your own B2B leads. • Build and maintain relationships with current clients. • Continuously strive to enhance your knowledge and industry expertise. • Manage proposals and tender processes from start to completion. • Competently read and discuss market reports with clients or key partners. • Collaborate with the sales director to create strategies for business retention.
