Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Stockport
Job Type: Part-time 16 hours per week
Salary: 25K pro rata

We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Service and Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team and help us continue to provide excellent service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
* Process accounts payable and receivable
* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
* Prepare daily and monthly reports
* Track expenses and manage receipts
* Assist with payroll and tax preparation
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
* Supporting other administrative functions as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a bookkeeper
* Proficiency in accounting software Xero and Microsoft Excel
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles
* A proactive, trustworthy attitude and excellent communication skills
