The Role
* Supporting pupils individually or in small groups
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
The Ideal Candidate
* Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about working with children
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working with children desirable but not essential
