The Role
* Deliver engaging whole-class lessons in the teacher’s absence
* Support interventions and booster groups across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Work collaboratively with teachers and SLT to raise standards and improve pupil progress
* Provide targeted support for pupils with SEN, EAL, or additional needs
* Assist with planning, preparation, marking, and assessments as required
* Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom culture that encourages all pupils to achieve

About You
* Hold an HLTA qualification (or equivalent relevant classroom experience)
* Confident in delivering lessons and managing a classroom independently
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and child development
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Able to adapt quickly, use initiative, and maintain a calm approach under pressure
* A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues
