We’re Hiring | Learner Experience Administrator
Are you an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer and learner experiences? We’re looking for a Learner Experience Administrator to join our Academic Services team.
This role supports learners throughout their full learning journey — from enrolment and induction through to course completion and certification. You’ll be the key point of contact, ensuring learners receive timely, professional, and supportive service throughout.
Please note: Experience in Planning or Accommodation is not required. We are looking for candidates with strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Confident user of Microsoft Office (including Excel) and digital systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
Experience within education, training, learner support, or customer service environments is beneficial but not essential
Understanding of safeguarding and SEND support is advantageous
