The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our client's team in a standalone marketing role where you will have the opportunity to truly make your mark. This is a comprehensive, all-round position offering variety and challenge, from creative artwork and design to technical SEO implementation. As the marketing lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing marketing activities across multiple sectors, working with a diverse range of clients and projects. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Management Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising Manage and expand company social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring performance to drive brand awareness and customer engagement Optimise the website for search engine performance (SEO) and work on improving online visibility Maintain and monitor Google Analytics and manage AdWords campaigns Creative & Content Development Create and maintain marketing content, including blogs, case studies, and promotional materials Develop creative marketing materials for both digital and print media Photography planning, capturing and maintaining company images in line with marketing strategies and campaigns Design bespoke company proposal documentation and tender materials Analysis & Strategy Analyse data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, report on results, and make data-driven recommendations for future strategies Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in relevant markets Provide comprehensive reports to Senior Management Improve future marketing strategies and campaigns Collaboration & Support Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and generate leads Support offline marketing initiatives, including brochures and event promotion Assist relevant departments in the production of business plans and capability statements Undertake project work as required Essential Requirements Education & Experience Degree or similar qualification/experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B or similar industries Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months Technical Skills Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools Understanding of website optimisation and content management Personal Attributes Excellent communication and copywriting skills Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities Excellent writing and proofreading skills Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Collaborative team player with ability to communicate at all levels Proactive and self-motivated approach What We Offer Competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum Opportunity to work as the standalone marketing lead Exposure to diverse sectors and industries Free on-site parking Friendly, supportive team environment Real opportunity for professional development and career growth Chance to make a significant impact in an expanding business Foxgroves Recruitment Ltd is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy and is working on behalf of our client.
