EBay Marketplace Specialist
Warwickshire Clothing is a well-established, family-run retail business with over 50 years of experience in outdoor and countrywear. We supply leading brands including Regatta, Trespass, Craghoppers, House of Tweed, Ridgeline, Hazy Blue and Country Classics. We are now looking for an experienced eBay Marketplace Specialist to help optimise and grow our eBay UK channel.
This role is ideal for someone who understands eBay inside out and wants to work in a friendly, supportive environment with a stable, long-standing company.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise product listings on eBay UK, ensuring accuracy, strong SEO, and high presentation standards.
* Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to increase visibility, conversion rate and sales.
* Maintain strong customer communication on eBay, responding to messages and resolving issues in a professional manner.
* Support the wider eCommerce team by providing accurate product information and coordinating with in-house photography when required.
* Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and pricing trends.
* Use tools such as Linnworks, Helium10, Google Sheets, Outlook and (ideally) Photoshop to support day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience managing eBay UK listings and marketplace performance.
* Strong understanding of eCommerce, marketplace SEO and online product presentation.
* Confident in handling customer queries via email and phone.
* Experience using Linnworks or a similar stock/order management system.
* Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
