Job Title: ERP Programme Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to £85,000 depending on experience

A major digital transformation programme is underway, and an accomplished ERP Programme Manager is required to lead the end-to-end implementation of an enterprise ERP solution. This pivotal role will deliver back-office systems, field service solutions, and best-of-breed software to drive operational efficiency and scalability across a complex, multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full lifecycle of ERP implementation, from proposal and planning through to execution and post-implementation support.
* Develop and manage detailed project roadmaps, budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
* Act as the primary contact for senior management and cross-departmental stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
* Design and deliver robust change management strategies, training, and workshops to drive adoption and cultural transformation.
* Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and best practices.
* Establish governance frameworks, manage programme budgets in the £millions, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience in end-to-end ERP project/programme management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-site ERP implementations (e.g., MS Dynamics, IFS, SAP).
* Strategic leadership and vision for complex ERP initiatives.
* Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in project/programme management methodologies.
* Analytical, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
* Skilled in PM tools, reporting, and data migration processes.
