Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Were working with a highly respected international events & festivals brand to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager with deep, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and budgets.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes paid social, particularly Meta and has a proven track record of planning, launching and optimising high-spend campaigns that drive ticket sales, conversions and ROI.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end Meta campaign delivery across a portfolio of major music festivals and global events.
You will:
* Plan, build and manage Meta Ads campaigns from scratch (not just oversee agencies)
* Take responsibility for campaign budgets, pacing and performance
* Manage audience targeting, creative testing and funnel strategies
* Analyse campaign data and report on CPA, ROAS and attribution
* Work closely with marketing & creative teams to shape digital strategy
* Identify optimisation opportunities and proactively improve results
This is a hands-on execution role,ideal for someone who is confident operating inside Ads Manager daily.
