Our Landscape, Masterplanning, Urbanism (LMU) team is looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join our growing team, which consists of 70+ people offering the full spectrum of Landscape Architecture, Masterplanning, and Urban Design services.
As part of our Environmental team, you'll help improve quality of life. Your work could involve protected species, pollution, surface water and materials management, air quality, or noise, especially in some of the world's busiest and most beautiful locations.
We work to protect our natural environment and water resources while powering our world for future generations. In the face of climate change, urbanization, and biodiversity loss, our projects include large-scale masterplans, regeneration projects, green infrastructure strategies, and infrastructure developments like the Glasgow Neighbourhoods, Westerhill Masterplan, Lower Thames Crossing, and others.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including in-house specialists and external partners, on some of the UK's most complex projects, such as major masterplans, city center regeneration, and infrastructure projects.
Our portfolio includes both large and smaller projects across private and public sectors, providing diverse and inspiring challenges.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Experience as a Landscape Architect on infrastructure-led projects (e.g., rail, highways)
2. Experience on large to small-scale masterplans, city center regeneration, and green infrastructure strategies
3. Experience with landscape planning and assessment projects
4. Strong communication and report-writing skills
5. Good hand-drawing and graphic skills
6. Proficiency in Project Wise, AutoCAD, Adobe
7. Driving Licence
8. Desired: Revit, 3D SketchUp, and modeling tools
Educational Qualifications:
1. Degree/Diploma in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field
2. Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute
