The Governing Body of Chater Infant School is seeking to appoint an experienced Headteacher to join the school in a part-time job-share role (0.5 FTE) from September 2026. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside our current, very experienced and highly successful Headteacher, ensuring continuity and shared strategic leadership. The role Working as part of a job-share headship, the successful candidate will contribute to the strategic leadership of the school, supporting high-quality teaching and learning while sustaining the school’s nurturing, ambitious culture. This role would suit a current or former headteacher who values collaborative leadership and flexible working.
