Location
London or Newbury – Hybrid (require 2-3 days in office each week, with at least 8 days per month). Work with line manager to tailor schedule.
Salary and Benefits

Working Hours
Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of financial planning for Consumer Operations opex, shaping forecasts, budgets and long‑term plans.
* Provide month‑end analysis, helping leaders understand performance.
* Build strong relationships with operational teams, offering challenge and insight.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs, using data storytelling.
* Support development of business cases, staying close to outcomes.
* Bring teams and processes together, encouraging continuous improvement and smoother ways of working.
* Maintain strong governance, identify risks and resolve collaboratively.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of operational finance, ideally within a consumer or similar environment.
* Professional finance qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) or working towards it.
* Experience building partnerships and influencing outcomes with empathy and confidence.
* Detail oriented, accuracy and high-quality work.
* Collaborative and inclusive team mindset.
* Curiosity, open to new ideas, passion for continuous improvement.
* Comfort with data, Excel, PowerPoint communication.
* Resilience and proactive mindset in supporting change.
