Your role will involve managing multiple projects, conducting technical, financial, and feasibility studies, and contributing to our regeneration efforts.

Skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Effective management, motivation, and leadership of multidisciplinary, complex projects.
* Flexibility and excellent communication skills with clients and contractors.
This role requires confident and fluent communication in English.
Knowledge
* Strong understanding of Project Management principles.
* Working knowledge of Project Management processes and programming software.
* Knowledge of Construction Contracts and Law.
Experience & Qualifications
* Proven track record of successful project delivery across various works.
* Experience managing multiple projects with different priorities.
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields, or equivalent professional qualification; familiarity with Prince2, RICS, and MAPM memberships.
