Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Salary: £27,000 + On target earnings of £49,000 with uncapped earning potential
Location: Derby
Working Hours: 40 hours, including weekends
Job Status: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and building strong, lasting relationships
- Understanding customer needs and matching them to the right vehicle
- Presenting vehicles, arranging and managing test drives
- Managing inbound enquiries and proactive follow‑up calls
- Maintaining high standards of showroom presentation
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Representing the cinch brand, mission of faff‑free motoring, and company values
- Providing information and answers about vehicle ranges, performance & technology, and guiding customers through the online buying process
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience within motor trade sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self‑motivated, organised and results‑driven
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales or productivity targets and KPIs
- Full UK driving licence
