About The Role
Reporting to the Director of Quality and working with operational teams, you will develop a culture that values the highest standards of care, safety, quality, and clinical risk. You will lead by example and be responsible for robust quality assurance systems, ensuring group quality indicators and regulatory requirements are fully satisfied.
* Lead team of direct reports, inspiring, coaching and developing them.
* Drive continuous improvement, lead change and challenge conventional approaches.
* Provide professional nursing leadership and advice, supporting learning needs.
* Act as Infection Prevention Control lead, ensuring policies are fit for purpose and up to date.

About You
You will lead by example, driving our vision to offer exceptional care and experience.
To Be Successful in Your Application, You Must
* Be a 1st level Registered Nurse (nursing home) with a current NMC number – or demonstrate relevant clinical knowledge.
* Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Care & Quality role.
* Demonstrate proven leadership experience, having managed a team to deliver objectives.
* Have experience managing a quality assurance system and conducting effective audits.
* Be able to analyze and interpret data, presenting reports to the business.
* Possess personal qualities to work with others, influence, negotiate and develop strong relationships.
