Area Manager – North West

A well-established and growing provider within the Audiology & Optical sector is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead regional performance and support continued expansion across the North West of England.
This is a key leadership role that combines people management, commercial oversight, and partner engagement, and involves working closely with a network of independent healthcare practices.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Audiologists and support colleagues
* Strengthening relationships with partner practices to drive mutual growth
* Supporting new site launches and ongoing regional expansion
* Monitoring performance through KPIs, ensuring consistent delivery across the region
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to support operational and commercial objectives
About You
* Experience in multi-site leadership within a healthcare, retail, or clinical environment
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence performance
* A track record of developing teams and managing stakeholder relationships
* Confident operating in a field-based, autonomous role
* Background in healthcare essential, Audiology/Optics advantageous
