We're looking for a SMART Repair Painter with an eye for detail and a passion for quality.
Your role as a SMART Repair Painter will involve rectifying blemishes, repairing damage, and ensuring vehicles are finished to the highest standard. You'll also handle masking, local blow-ins, and preparation prior to paint application.
The Role :
Inspect painted vehicles and components to identify surface defects, blemishes, and finish inconsistencies
Carry out de snagger work including rectification of paint faults, minor repairs, and cosmetic corrections
Perform masking, preparation, and local blow-in repairs prior to paint application
Ensure all paintwork meets required quality standards, specifications, and visual expectations
What we're looking for in our SMART REPAIR Painter :
Experience using 2k paints.
SMART Repair experience.
Ideally from a commercial vehicle background.
Knowledge of paint spraying principles and processes.
Bodyshop knowledge and experience
