Maintenance Manager Location: Dudley, West Midlands Salary: £48,000 – £52,000 per annum Job Summary The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and delivering all maintenance activities across company sites, ensuring machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, breakdown response, statutory compliance, contractor management, and continuous improvement to minimise downtime and support production demands. The Maintenance Manager will also support new machinery installations, capital projects, and ensure full compliance with HSE, PUWER, LOLER, COSHH, LEV, CDG/CLP, and environmental standards.
