Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities remain welcoming, safe, and presentable for all visitors and staff.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
* Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
* Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages to management.
* Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
* Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
* Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with colleagues and clients.
Requirements
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
* Good organisational skills and time management abilities.
* Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety regulations.
* Physically fit, with the capability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques.
