What You'll Be Doing
* Leading smooth, stress-free onboarding for enterprise-level customers
* Designing and delivering engaging training experiences (onsite, virtual, and train-the-trainer)
* Partnering with customer leaders to drive adoption across teams, regions, and sites
* Creating training resources that scale globally and get used
* Owning customer success for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, from adoption to renewal
* Showcasing value through strategic success plans and executive business reviews
* Being the customer's voice internally and influencing how things are built and improved
* Tracking success metrics like adoption, renewals, satisfaction, and advocacy
* Turning happy customers into raving fans through case studies and testimonials
