Your responsibilities include:
* Providing a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
* Ensuring equal access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
* Supervising and supporting children at all times
* Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
* Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
* Understanding and implementing all company policies and procedures
* Ensuring compliance with policies and Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
* Reporting concerns to your line manager
* Maintaining confidentiality and a positive attitude
* Attending staff meetings and training sessions as required
