Mechanical Associate – To £85K + Package + Up to 15% Bonus
With projects ranging from the largest regeneration project in Europe (€8 billion), data centres, to the sensitive refurbishment of Grade I and Grade II Listed buildings, this is a unique opportunity.
As a Mechanical Associate, you’ll work directly with (not just for) the founding Director, a charismatic, chartered engineer who never compromises on quality.

You’ll be involved in projects from concept, feasibility, all the way to post-occupancy, supporting clients and providing value.
As a Mechanical Associate, you’ll liaise directly with architects, developers, and project managers. You’ll set client briefs, review or produce designs, manage technical delivery, and ensure smooth coordination across all disciplines.
You’ll manage the mechanical team, review their IESVe and Revit models, and be accountable for the technical and financial success of projects.
Requirements
* Degree qualified and preferably Chartered
* 8+ years’ experience in the Building Services industry
* Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion
* Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and sustainable design principles
* Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to liaise with architects, developers, and clients
* Full UK working rights (no sponsorship available)
