Job Description:

Description: This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Responsibilities include processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and having in-depth conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities, connecting them to suitable solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Execute the bank's risk culture and aim for operational excellence.
* Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
* Follow established processes and guidelines, complying with laws and regulations.
* Expand business knowledge by collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
* Manage traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
* Enhance the client experience.
* Handle cash responsibilities.
