Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer with experience in rotating equipment, specifically pumps and motors, to join a well-established and rapidly growing company known for its training, development, and progression opportunities. The company serves a global client base across various sectors.
Responsibilities include coordinating testing equipment and projects, managing tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards, and overseeing overhaul projects from conception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background in rotating equipment and full project lifecycle experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Petrochemical, or Water industries.
The Role:
* Manage projects from conception to completion, including engineering activities, workshop projects, and spares manufacturing.
* Prepare quotations and tenders based on customer requirements.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer communication.
* Prepare condition assessments and workshop reports.
* Procure materials, spares, and third-party services to meet delivery deadlines.
The Person:
* Qualified with experience as a Project Engineer, Manager, or Machine Shop Supervisor in an engineering environment, preferably with rotating equipment (pumps, motors, turbines).
* Proficient in managing projects through their full lifecycle.
* Strong understanding of financial, commercial, and project planning processes.
* Medically fit and able to pass security checks.
* Seeking training, development, and progression within an industry leader.
