Job Details
1. Job Type: Fixed Term Part Time - 12 months Maternity Cover
2. Salary: £13/hour + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary
3. Working Patterns: Flexible shifts between Monday and Sunday, with a monthly or weekly rota

Role Responsibilities
* Build relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs
* Act as a travel money ambassador, advising on products and services
* Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
* Meet procedural, operational, and customer service goals
* Handle online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail
* Adhere to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards
Candidate Requirements
* Numerically proficient, comfortable handling large sums of cash and currency conversions
* Excellent communicator, able to build relationships and listen effectively
* Driven to succeed, with a positive attitude and care for customer impact
Interview Process
1. Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition or Bureau Manager
2. Online interview including a numerical and accuracy test
3. Visit to the bureau for a face-to-face meeting with the Bureau Manager
4. Job offer pending reference checks and onboarding
