Sported Regional Delivery Officer – South (Full-Time)
Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. Home/Field‑based within a commutable distance of Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire or Dorset. Fixed‑term contract until March 2027.
Base Pay Range
£27,318 per annum.

Responsibilities
* Act as the key point of contact for organisations in the South region, building strong relationships and keeping them informed.
* Understand the challenges faced by groups and connect them with tailored support—specialist advice, volunteer expertise, or guidance on developing their organisation.
* Help deliver regional engagement plans and ensure groups feel encouraged and equipped to grow.
* Promote our services and welcome new groups into the network.
* Help groups strengthen operations and develop engaging communications.
* Support volunteers and help deliver networking or learning events.
Qualifications
* Experience in a people‑facing or group‑support role.
* Experience working with partners and stakeholders to deliver programmes or projects.
* Experience administering or delivering programmes or projects to a high standard.
* Strong administrative skills and experience using databases and digital systems.
* Understanding of the voluntary or community sports sector.
* Understanding of the needs of organisations delivering “sport for good”.
* Understanding of policies and procedures that support grant or funding applications.
* Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage groups and stakeholders.
