Job Description
A leading UK higher education institution is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major HR system transformation project. This strategic initiative involves the implementation of a modern cloud-based HR and payroll solution, replacing a legacy system to streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
The Role
This is a high-impact opportunity to manage the full project lifecycle of a complex system implementation. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance to ensure successful delivery, from procurement through to go-live and post-implementation support.
Oracle Fusion and/or higher education experience is highly desirable
Key responsibilities include:
