Male Intensive Support Worker (Driver Required For Days)
Location Liscard, Wirral
Pay £12.26 per hour
Contract Permanent - Days & Waking Nights Available

What You’ll Need
Male applicants only - due to a genuine occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9)
Driver with own vehicle - essential for day shifts
Experience managing challenging behaviours
️ Strong communication skills - both spoken and written
Willingness to support in the community
️ Commitment to safeguarding & promoting wellbeing
What You’ll Be Doing
Helping individuals build life skills and independence
Supporting daily routines and social activities
️ Assisting with meals, appointments & household tasks
Keeping accurate records on care plans & risk management
Promoting positive outcomes and personal growth
