Typical Duties
9. Ownership of monthly management accounts and month-end close
10. Preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
11. Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and controls
12. Lead and develop a small, growing finance team
13. Oversee and optimise systems
14. Partner with operational teams to support strategic decision-making
15. Support the business through growth, investment, and change
16. Ensurepliance with UK financial regulations and reporting standards
What you’ll bring:
17. Qualified CIMA / ACA / ACCA
18. Strong UK private sector experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or similar
19. Proven leadership of a small, growing team
20. Passion for continuous improvement
21. Expertise in account management, month-end processing
22. Tech-savvy with SAGE, SAP, XERO, or similar and advanced Excel skills
23. Extensive UK experience and the right to work in the UK via ILR, Citizenship or similar – Sponsorship is not available for this role.
