Day-to-day of the role:

* Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural needs.
* Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and monitor behaviour plans.
* Promote a positive and inclusive school environment.
* Assist in crisis situations and de-escalate conflicts using Team Teach techniques.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
* Team Teach qualification is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
