Hays is partnering with a manufacturing business based near Attleborough who are seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a 15-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting position to cover a wide range of HR areas for a group of around 75 staff members. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of HR experience, including a solid understanding of employee relations.

What you'll need to succeed
* 5 years HR experience
* Ideally CIPD Level 5 Qualified
* Employee relations experience and knowledge
* Recruitment experience
* Within commutable distance of Attleborough
What you'll get in return
* £35,000- £40,000 Salary
* 15- month FTC Contract
* Hybrid working (2 days a week on site)
* Flexible working arrangements including compressed hours if required
