ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Production Intern who is eager to continue developing their skills in a professional environment to join our team in Summer 2026 ! In this role, you’ll build upon your project management and coordination skills and will get the chance to get involved in projects that help our partners’ games delight players around the world. You’ll have the opportunity to work with and learn from industry veterans across projects and gain exposure to both agile frameworks and various industry standard software development processes and tools. Our ideal candidate is someone who is currently enrolled in University and has a passion for video games themselves. We’re looking for someone who has a solid initial base in communication skills, works well in a team environment, and is open to learning new workflows and processes. What You’ll Do: Develop core technical skills within the production discipline. Produce work with guidance and feedback. Learn methodology, frameworks, tools, and processes used by the team. Actively listen and take clear, actionable notes during client meetings. Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn from others. Welcome feedback and proactively requests it frequently to build momentum and incremental improvements, helping with a fast upskilling. Deliver a unique piece of work, to be agreed upfront, with frequent milestones for reviews amongst your peers, stakeholders and manager. What we Value: Currently enrolled in University (having completed Year 2 by June 2026). Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams. Strong critical thinking skills and the drive to solve problems and help decision-making. Strong collaborative skills with a willingness to accept and respond to critical feedback. Capacity for self-motivation, the ability to work independently, a willingness to ask questions, and a strong work ethic. Passion for video games and knowledge of current industry trends. What You May Also Have: Experience with game development phases and feature work, and how to support a team to set their own goals and deliver against them. Experience of working with a team designing and implementing features and projects.
