I am looking for a Multi Trade candidate to join the voids property maintenance team for a large housing company around Colchester. The role is a temporary position and involves working in Colchester and the surrounding areas.
The Multi Trade operative will receive:
* Hourly pay of 21 per hour
* Full time employment
* All work local within a 15 mile radius of Colchester
The Multi Trade will have:
* Relevant qualification in a core trade
* Experience working within domestic properties
* Full UK drivers license
* Own van
The successful Multi Trade will be responsible for:
* Working in void properties
* Working within a property from start to completion
* Multi works including carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing and decorating
* Travelling to jobs
