The Animal People are thrilled to partner with our client once again to recruit a talented Brand Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead brand campaigns and product launches while working with a supportive line manager who is passionate about mentorship and progression.

If you're an experienced Brand Manager with a passion for storytelling, product development, and consumer brands especially within the pet or FMCG space this could be your ideal next step.

What Youll Be Doing:

Youll play a pivotal role in brand development and executing marketing strategies across a diverse, fast-moving product portfolio. Your day-to-day will include:

* Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

* Leading new product launches from concept through to retail shelf

* Collaborating with the Social Media & PR Executive to create engaging digital content

* Conducting consumer and competitor research to support strategy and new product development

* Ensuring consistent brand tone, design, and messaging across all marketing materials

* Overseeing the creation of POS and trade marketing assets to support in-store presence and sell-through
