The Content Excellence Function manages our website content, including campaigns like Race for Life, Stand Up to Cancer, and Donations. We focus on user-centric content strategies, accessibility, and creating engaging omnichannel content that aligns with our goals.
Role of a Content Designer
You will shape end-to-end content experiences, support omnichannel delivery, manage campaigns, collaborate across teams, and champion best practices. Your work will involve data analysis, content audits, optimization, and stakeholder engagement to improve our digital content and user experience.
Candidate Profile
* Experienced in delivering and optimizing digital content, preferably with a headless CMS like Contentful
* Strong copywriting, SEO, UX, and accessibility knowledge
* Data-literate with skills in interpreting performance metrics
* Excellent communicator with stakeholder relationship skills
* Organized, able to manage multiple projects, and solutions-oriented
* Available to start within one month preferred
