Your Role
* Lead and manage a team of data hub engineers to develop the target data platform
* Drive stakeholder engagement across diverse operational colleagues and business units
* Champion platform design, configuration, and maintenance across delivery teams
* Own the vision and roadmap for centralized data capability
* Evangelize cutting-edge technology solutions and promote data platform adoption
Essential Requirements
* Extensive Azure ecosystem expertise and Azure DevOps mastery
* Strong Databricks understanding and Python programming background
* Team management experience with proven leadership track record
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities across technical and business audiences
* Azure training/certifications essential
* Experience building enterprise data platforms
* Databricks certified data engineer highly desirable
