Deputy Manager – Thorne House – Yeovil
We’re looking for an inspiring Deputy Manager to join Thorne House for a 3‑Month Fixed‑Term contract. As Deputy Manager you’ll support the Service Manager to ensure exceptional, person‑centred care is delivered to the people living here, enabling them to live independently while receiving the exact package of recovery support that they need.
Here, residents enjoy both vibrant community connections and the independence of their own space – and you’ll play a vital role in making that possible. A driver would be ideal for this role, however good transport links are available for non‑drivers.

What You’ll Bring
* Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or working towards)
* Proven experience in team leadership and operational management
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care — and leading by example
