How the role will make an impact:
A forward-thinking and digitally skilled professional to join our Product Management team as a Hardware Product Experience Manager. This role is key in shaping the digital experience around our hardware product range, with a focus on competitive benchmarking, product configurators and digital tools that enhance product selection and customer engagement.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Lead competitive benchmarking initiatives to assess product positioning and identify innovation opportunities.
* Manage and evolve product configurators and digital selection tools to support both internal stakeholders and external customers.
* Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales and IT to define and implement improvements to digital tools and services.
* Support product launches by developing configuration logic, digital assets and user documentation in collaboration with marketing communication and after sales.
Key Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in product management, technical marketing, or digital tool development for industrial or hardware products.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with competitive benchmarking.
* Familiarity with product configurators, CAD/PLM systems, or similar digital platforms.
